Creating an inner calm within the wild atmospheric elements of the land and sea.

I am an expressive artist based in Northamptonshire. I work primarily in acrylics, continually attempting to capture the atmosphere of the ever-changing landscape and skies of Scotland, Cornwall, and the UK’s coast. 

Painting in these wild landscapes is more than just capturing a scene it's about expressing the feeling of being there. Something is calming about standing in the middle of nature’s most dramatic moments. 

The wind might be howling, and the sea crashing, yet amid all that power, there’s a strange sense of peace. I love the coastline, especially in the off-season when the land, sea, and sky are speaking their language, free from the usual summer crowds.

I have had success with local exhibitions, shows and private sales and have exhibited in galleries such as the Tarpey Gallery in Castle Donington. I am a member of the Visual Artist Association and multiple art groups.
